Support was good and great communication

It has been a good explanation from Aditi. We hope to stay in touch for future occasions in case there are any issues.

HUNDREDS of orders did not get marked as fulfilled creating a mess for our company. Reached out to customer service and they kept saying "It's been resolved" when in fact nothing had been resolved and orders are still open. Unprofessional and strange customer service at best. AVOID at all costs.

Two months later they are STILL trying to charge me, insisting that they connect with me over the phone, even though I've said I want to cancel multiple times, I've cancelled online and removed the app. Seems this company wants to STEAL your money.

I love CedCommerce because the support team is always there to respond and assist me. I am a newbie, the team is very knowledgeable and always solves all my issues and responds to my questions kindly.
