Customer Service has been excellent. Highly recommend this app if you need tiered pricing and the option for Net terms.
Had a small SNAFU happen with the Shipping estimate not showing up when a draft is turned into an order. Contacted Support through their live chat/email about it, and they had it sorted out within an hour! Much appreciated!
Ankit has been great to work with on this application. Very responsive and willing to help solve any issue. I had a problem with another application overwriting into the code of this application. They worked directly with the other developers and found a solution quickly. Highly recommend as we have used this platform for selling to our wholesale accounts for a long time!
I used this app to accommodate to our net30 customers, and it works perfectly. This is exactly what we needed. The Charge Me Later Plus plan has been hugely beneficial to our company.
