This app does exactly what it promises and more! We have successfully processed multiple chargebacks thanks to the automated features and the clear dashboard. Great service, does exactly as said. Cheaper alerts than other apps and lots of help from the support team if you run into any issues, highly recommend.
Very Polished App, Good instructions, easy to understand and i know it will save a lot of chargebacks in the future. Worth having installed if you want peace of mind. Would rather pay the $15 alert fee and auto refund, then pay $15 chargeback fee and risk holds on merchant account. Makes sense to me.
