Amazing app with an even better team! The app runs seamlessly in the background with very little to no attention needed by our team unless there is an issue with an order (which is what we wanted!). The Shipstation integration helps with fulfillment communication and keeps questionable orders from being shipped while they are under review by the Trouble Tracker Team. We moved to Chargeback Resover from another "solution" that was no longer working for us.
