Very thorough investigating, 5-Star Service!
Seems good so far. Cassandra from their support team was very quick to respond in getting me set up. And so far the platform seems intuitive and well set up. Will have to come back to comment on the app itself once we've got some traffic under our belt!

So far so good - the service is excellent and the onboarding is quite easy. Maria with support was super helpful.
It's been great so far. They are continually making good improvements to the entire dashboard and overall UX and it's amazing to hand this part of owning a business off to someone who does it well. Customer support has been timely and helpful.
I have spoken to Chargeflow Chat Support Agent, Cassandra. She did a good job explaining to me all my queries and allaying my fear and concerns about accessing to personal datas in my store. This Chargeflow is introduced by a Youtuber, which I have trust in his recommendation. At least, after today's conversation with Cassandra, I have a better understanding of how their system works.
Also, thanks to Mariane from Chargeflow, who has also assisted in clarifying some queries of mine.
Chargeflow has been so helpful in handling our chargebacks, and has taken such a lift off the team! The platform is easy to navigate, very intuitive, and I especially love that you're able to see who your account rep is within the account icon, as well as schedule a meeting!
