Installed because our customer support team keeps being overloaded. We primarily use the AI dm feature for Instagram, and the AI looks up people's order infors just from a screenshot of a thankyou page it's so useful would recommend.

We have been having issues with some friendly Fraud, Tolga and his team are getting us into the right direction, i have had loses before but not anymore while working hand on hand with Chargepay team
