Chatra — Live Chat & Chatbot

This chat app is our favorite -- it is a really slick, absolutely easy to set up and use. We've used another chat app in the past which was a little buggy, and did not allow you to hide the chat tab (when you were offline). This one lets you hide it so if you're not online, people aren't sending you messages through this, which we find useful.

We were using LiveEngage/LivePerson. Support was bad, UI was bad. Only used this for a few hours, but Chatra is the polar opposite. And cheaper.

We are very happy with the Chatra app and how it has evolved and developed over the past year. A great addition to our site.

It's a great app that helps close sales - great customer support too.

its good just cant see the history from the past week like how many customers each day.

I think is easy to use, very efficient and price is good.
They have a live chat support, to me it makes the difference.
