Using this app for a few years. So far so good - haven't had a single issue. Nice App, good customer service & recommended.

I never thought how useful could be this app and Im so happy to get it! I being closing more sales via chatra than email as the quick response is amazing for our customers. We are so happy with this and we really recommend it. It helps a lot that you can install it on your phone so you dont miss anything!

This is an excellent app. It's very easy to install and use, and the additional mobile app is a huge bonus allowing us to stay in contact with customers pretty much whenever they have a question.

So far I love this chat app. I really like being able to see what someone has in their cart, and even what they're typing in chat before they send it to me, so that I can start preparing for my answer to them. I think there are probably a feature or two from a previous app I used that I wish I had here, because I was used to those features, but that aside I definitely recommend this app. Thank you so much!!

This is a great app that I implemented on my store weirdfriendsclub.com and have been active on it everyday. I love this app for a lot of reasons, but especially being that I get alerts on my phone every time a visitor hits my website - and it shows which city they're from - so I'm able to interact with them on a personal note and monitor from the analytics side where my visitors are coming from so I can better track and target my campaigns in the future. This Livechat platform is the easiest one to use so far. I have used many other plaftorms before, but Chatra has an amazing UI/UX, very clean and user-friendly. Also, their customer service is the best! Highly recommended!
