Great app, very easy to use after trying others that were too complicated. Nice styling with modern icon.

Good app specially to joint all chats from social medias into 1 chat, answer all customers questions easily. Only thing I don't like is a delay from getting chat notifications in my phone

This app works for what we need. I would recommend for small business. The free version is good for now but as business grows upgrading is an option.
