Chatra — Live Chat & Chatbot

Fantastic app, well-implemented. We love that it lets us be notified whether on PC or mobile, gives customers the sense that we're a major retailer, not just a mom-and-pop.

My product (wetsuits) often needs further help or explanation of features or sizing. The amount of times people reached out via Chatra surprised me and consequently I was able to either inform or close sales immediately. Pushing notifications through to FB Messenger also is very handy too. People are comfortable on what they know and messenger adds to the ease of use. I totally recommend this App. I did my research prior to installing and this seemed to be the one! I'm glad with my decision. Support has been good and there are real people on the other end.

Absolutely amazing app that looks beautiful on your site and is easy to set up. Within 12 hours of installation, I had a customer chat that turned into a conversion. The Chatra customer service is excellent and their desktop app simplifies your availability. I'll be a customer for life!

We've been using Chatra for aaaaages and it is easy to install and even easier to use. The app is great as well, as it means we can be available to our customers no matter where we are. Chatra is the best. We deal with custom flags so it's a product that customers don't always know what they are looking for. They have questions. With the live chat we are able to hook and help those hesitant customers all the way through to a sale. They can drop their artwork into the window and we can send them proofs back all inside the chat. Totally recommend.

Great app. I went for the free option for now, but it still allows me to customise the look so it fits in with my website. The only feature I miss from the full version is the ability to initiate a chat with a customer as they browse. I may upgrade in future if the chat function is used frequently.

Chatra is a great app for Shopify that has improved our bottom line significantly by allowing us to be on call even when we're not at a computer. I love the feature that allows you to see what your visitor is typing to you before they hit send, allowing you to research your response before they even ask the question thereby providing faster service with better answers for your customers.

Honestly, we have tried a lot of chat programs and we can say that Chatra has given us the most success. Customer service is also very quick!
