We've had Chatra for one year now. We think it's worked really well for our store. Has captured leads we wouldn't have otherwise captured. I am now adding it to a second store. Their support is very quick and gave me detailed answers on the things i needed help with ( thank you Julia )
It's great experience. It makes the live chat so easy, and the support team is always helpful and respond quickly. I highly recommend this app as your live chat app.
Using chatra again on my second website, after trying a few other apps I went back to the best.
Excellent application that we have been using for several years now.
We recently had a problem with our subscription plan which we needed to change to a monthly plan, and for which we had confusing information which resulted in a very frustrating situation. Anna from Brevo was great in solving this problem in no time.
I recommend the app.
Really great app that is easy to integrate and use. The one time I needed support, Anna was awesome and got things taken care of right away. Highly recommend.
No complaints, happy so far, and we've been using it for years. There is a time-zone difference, but emails are answered quickly for any issue.
Great App! So easy to use and very organized! Highly recommend for any chat needs you may have. Love the setting where you can also save standard answers.
Original review (2015): Still trying to drive more traffic to this new store to really put this thing through the paces, but no complaints yet!
Pretty easy to use and enough free features it's worth grabbing as a new store.
I particularly like the ability to add a photo in and make the chat seem personal.
Update April 2020: still on it. Still fantastic.
Honestly, we have tried a lot of chat programs and we can say that Chatra has given us the most success. Customer service is also very quick!
Works great for our store !we can answer to customers queries very quickly and it is wonderful that there is free plan
