I use this app to help give my customers a better services. I have been using it for over a month and I like it.

Very helpful app. Helped me a lot to easily get connected with potential customers and answer questions as they browse over my website including cart page. Lots of room for customization to fit my needs with custom saved messages and other cool features like forms for getting customer contact details and integration with Facebook messenger.

I have only just added it to my website so far amazing. As it’s just me as the staff I like that there is an app so if I don’t have my laptop on me I have it on my mobile. Good to know I can provide my customers support no matter where I am

I absolutely love Chatra! It is an affordable option for live chat, and once you learn all it's potential, it's incredibly useful. I would say our conversions have doubled since installing this - being able to answer questions while people are on the site helps seal the deal. :) Plus, Chatra integrates with the Apple Watch!
