Where do I start? This app has been a massive success for us. We are a small team that is always on the go. Between my office manager and myself we are available during peak ordering hours and are able to help clients with questions they may have.
1. We used to get a contact form filled out every two to three weeks. We now get three to five messages a week. Talk about missed opportunity. Not anymore.
2. The installation was super easy and literally took 3 minutes.
3. It shows me where on my site the client was and this allowed me assist them without having to identify what they were doing. (I helped design our site!!!)
Only downside is that my spell check isn't pulled over yet. Since I access it via my mobile app I tend to make a few mistakes.
I highly recommend this app!!!!!!!
This is a great app! The chat window is simple with a large setting and view. User experience is up to expectations. Our shopify plan is the basic plan and with this app, a basic plan can work like a super plan. Worth having it installed! Yaakov is a very helpful guy! He is always there to help whenever you need help on the app. He is a babywearer too!

Great app which is easy to use and manage, would highly recommend, especially for a start-up new business like ours which needed something we could grow into, starting with the free plan then looking to upgrade as we grow . Cheers, Brewbus HQ
Love Chatra! It's just me running my business and I needed something that I could easily reply to messages on my laptop or on the go (ie on my phone).
