Really friendly customer service and so easy app to install and start using!
So far I'm loving this app! I'm still on the free trial period just to test things out and I must say, I'm really enjoying it. I feel more connected to my customers and I love being able to assist them right away. Our site is www.treenaturals.com. :) Thanks team!
Absolutely amazing app that looks beautiful on your site and is easy to set up. Within 12 hours of installation, I had a customer chat that turned into a conversion. The Chatra customer service is excellent and their desktop app simplifies your availability. I'll be a customer for life!
We've been using Chatra for aaaaages and it is easy to install and even easier to use. The app is great as well, as it means we can be available to our customers no matter where we are. This is an effective app that has heaps of free functions and even more once you shift onto a paid plan. Thanks Chatra! <3
Chatra is the best. We deal with custom flags so it's a product that customers don't always know what they are looking for. They have questions. With the live chat we are able to hook and help those hesitant customers all the way through to a sale. They can drop their artwork into the window and we can send them proofs back all inside the chat. Totally recommend.

Once again it crashed on Black Friday, once again their support is offline.
How is this OK shopify?
App is gone from all 3 of my sites, 3 employees now cant work, this is absolutly unacceptable
Great app. I went for the free option for now, but it still allows me to customise the look so it fits in with my website. The only feature I miss from the full version is the ability to initiate a chat with a customer as they browse. I may upgrade in future if the chat function is used frequently.
Chatra is a great app for Shopify that has improved our bottom line significantly by allowing us to be on call even when we're not at a computer. I love the feature that allows you to see what your visitor is typing to you before they hit send, allowing you to research your response before they even ask the question thereby providing faster service with better answers for your customers.
Honestly, we have tried a lot of chat programs and we can say that Chatra has given us the most success. Customer service is also very quick!
We love this app at Nutsack Foods. We were not sure if visitors would really use a chat program to ask about our nuts but apparently people have questions about Nutsacks. :) We love the live page & cart status, and all the additional metadata available for each visitor. And the mobile app makes it possible to be available pretty much 24/7, because who has time to sleep, right?
