Use la app par entender mejor a mis clientes y como navegan por la web. Si bien me di cuent que en mi rubro no responden al chat pero me da la seguridad que si necesitan algo estoy ahi.

This chat app is excellent. Have tried a few others and they were either messy with no way to hide unavailable features, or pricey for a plan with not enough features. Chatra is really good.

Install was super easy just like they said. So far using/testing the app out it works great! No complaints at all.

Excellent application, very easy to use and synchronizes perfectly with the phone and the computer.

This app is a lifesaver... fantastic way to respond to messages from different platforms all in one place

I love this chat app so far. Before, I was using one that required the customer to have a Facebook Messenger account, and be logged into it just to chat with me. I barely received chats because of that. After installing this one, I started getting chats almost immediately. I also have the app installed on my Android phone, and that means I never miss a chat. I'm able to easily set my "available" hours. Just a great app all around! Good job guys!

As a free plan for a start-up, its been excellent - as the company grows I have no doubt we will continue using Chatra
