Great App for a customer chat system. Simple to use and notifications guide you when you are setting the APP. NO CODING NEEDED.

You can create multiple logins and track each users chats and even pool them in to one archive. You can create automated messages using different rules and setup online/offline times.

This App is also great for converting sales as you can see what page your Live Users are looking at and assist at each step of the conversion by opening up a chatline.

Wow! Awesome. The first weekend we had this installed, it proved its usefulness. Terrific options for when/where you want the chat window to pop up so as not to drive your customers away, but help them when they may be "on the fence" or need assistance (like that all-important check out page.) Chat bot works as intended and it is very easy to customise too. The free version works great for my store

Very impressed so far. Several very useful functions such as repeating alarm notification - previous chats appearing above your conversation etc.

I have used a number of chat services and this one is a perfect blend between affordability and great function.

Works beautifully in tandem with my mobile too - All very seemless and I love the fact even the alarm tone is the same.

It all makes a difference and improves the experience.
