Avada WhatsApp Chat, FAQ Page

I've been using the Avada app for Shopify and I must say it's been a game-changer for my online store.What's even better is their customer service - they're always prompt and helpful with any questions I have. Highly recommend

This is a really great FAQ app and support is excellent! It does have a few bugs here and there that pop up which caused me to contact support multiple times, however, they are incredibly responsive and have fixed all my problems.

avada has been a great help in helping me have a bot for faqs as well as a link to add whatsapp chat as well. their support team is great within seconds Abby from their team was able to help me with multiple icon issues and resolved it in an instant. i totally support using this app and honestly one of few free apps available to shopify users. thanks Avada & Abby

I had an issue with my FAQ page not showing up on my store page. Prakash did an amazing job fixing the problem quickly. Still new to this app but I can stay the customer service is great. Looking forward to continuing working with Avada.

A very good and user-friendly appliacation. Tony was very helpful and quick with the changes in css. I recommend.

It is a good app that we can use it online shop, and customers can contact us directly, and find the relative information for purchasing.

I would truly recommend avada, they will help you with any issues and Emily is especially nice, she took the time to help me figure out how the tracking orders system works and I really appreciated her help!
