Best online chat app on shopify app store, and Hana provide me great customer services, thank you guys for making this app!

Hannah's exceptional customer service skills truly made my experience unforgettable. Best customer service i have ever experienced in my life, HANNAH responded to me with less than 5 seconds, she resolved my problem in less than 1 minute, very respectful and kind , and because of hannah i would surely recommend to my friends this app because with someone ass Hannah as your LIVE SUPPORT NOTHING CAN GO WRONG AND EVERY THING IS EASY.

The app is extremely lightweight and easy to use, with a clean interface that's both simple to set up and visually appealing. The support team is exceptionally friendly and efficient, providing quick resolutions. My interaction with customer representative Nolan was particularly noteworthy; he actively engaged and swiftly resolved my issue without any hassle.

i had a problem with changing my logo in the app. Esther and their technician Toby helped me with everything while answering in a few minutes and fixing everything. Moreso the app on itself is great and better from all of the ether apps i tried before.

I have been having the best experience with the Avada WhatsApp Chat FAQ page. The reason that my experience has been great is beacuse of the assistance I have been given when I have a question. Lydia and Tony went above and beyond to assist me with adjusting some settings on the chat and that turned out perfectly! I was actually a little hesitant to try to add teh chat myself, but the customer service is exceptional. I greatly appreciated the time and effort Lydia and Tony gave.
