Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat

A few hiccups during the learning process but I will say once it gets going the chat is super helpful to our customers and helps scale back our time spent on customer service. If we do run into an error every now and then the support team, specifically Hazel, if super quick to respond and provide help on the spot.

The app has some issues but the support is excellent! Hana was very helpful in quickly guiding me to the solution of my request.

Ik ben nog aan het testen. Heeft nog tijd nodig voordat het volledig geoptimaliseerd is. Hou wel rekening dat je tijd moet besteden aan het juiste prompts en verzamelen van informatie. Je kunt wel rekenen op de hulpdesk van Chatty. Ik ben snel en goed geholpen door het team, waaronder Hazel.

Although we've only recently implemented it, Chatty's AI assistant is exceptionally advanced. It understands our brand's complex sizing and can automatically recommend options to customers. Additionally, Andy and Hazel from support responded quickly and resolved my issues immediately. Thank you so much!

There were some confusing part with the ui, yet Hana, customer service person, was very nice to guide us. Thanks!

We've been using the app for a little while now and it has been relatively easy to use and the customer service is quick, very helpful, and friendly. Hana, has been especially helpful in working through an issue we had with the service. She was prompt and stayed with me until it was resolved.

We've been using this app for about 4 months now, and we just recently upgraded our plan to access some other features (more products for AI to learn from, more agents etc.) - so far it's worked pretty well for us. Their chat support is also very responsive.

Fantastic app for AI and integration with Shopify. Support is always on hand and super fast at replying!

Only feedback is it can't auto assign to agents in order when you run the AI at the same time - which can be hard when you have multiple agents active every day.

We've been using Chatty for a little while, the interfaces look professional, and the plugin is easy to work with.
Encountered a few small issues during set-up, which were quickly solved by their live chat team, in particular Audrey and Nikita.

Would recommend Chatty for proper FAQ and contact info to your customers.
