The chatbot worked well for what we needed it for. Messages came through quickly. The only thing I would change is the references or subject lines use very random words like Indigo, Aqua etc... makes it hard to search for a message again. Would be better if the client name came up on the subject line rather. But maybe this was because we were using the free version. Other than that, very happy with the chatbot app

The random names such as Indigo or Aqua are automatically assigned when a visitor has not provided their name. You can add a mandatory pre-chat contact form to collect the visitor’s name, email, phone number, or other details, which will make conversations much easier to identify and search.

I am very satisfied with this application. It has professional and patient online customer service staff who can provide answers to frequently asked questions（Especially Marvin, who gave me a lot of help.）. In addition, the free version comes with user-friendly features. I highly recommend this app to all sellers.

Have a small new webshop, and needed more personal service and ability to let potential customers know I'm there with a chat bot. ChatWay was installed, and it has a lot of features, and AI driven answers that indexes the webshop and can be given precise instructions. And this is the free version basics, really what I needed (for now) to hopefully grow.
