Chatway ‑ Live Chat Support

Finally the perfect Live Chat app that I was searching for! Simple straight forward and easy to set up without all those extra unwanted bells and whistles that make a dashboard look like a living nightmare to figure out and navigate around, but that still has all the important basic features, is compatible with my store theme, looks great and functions without any issues. Another nice feature is that I can choose to delete any unwanted contacts from my chat list. Thumbs up to customer support for initiating my first live chat test. Chatway is a great app. They gave all the great stuff for free such as fast and friendly customer service, a simple and great interface, lots of functionality.

The panel is very nice, it seemlessly integrates with your store and there're lots of customization settings about how it will appear on your store.

The most important thing is it works without any problems. Your customers can easily contact you and whenever you reply them, they get your messages through email.

Amazing app. Works super well. It allows the whole team to collaborate and respond to the same messages. Once the issue is resolved, you can easily mark it as "resolved". Absolutely brilliant. No extra gimmicky configurations that are not important to operation.
