The new owner was very responsive and solved our problem with a few emails, replying within a few hours. They clearly have a high commitment to support.
We learned that the app was recently transitioning ownership which was causing an issue with the app and app support. We weren’t able to contact support for a few weeks. Once we made contact with the new owner, the support has been excellent. Thank you!

We’ve been waiting 5 days for any response from support for a pressing issue. The support widget says “respond within a few hours”. We’re a paying customer since 2022. We submitted other support requests 15 and 13 days ago that also have no response.
I’m actually writing this review as yet another attempt to get support to reply to our problem.
After not receiving a response using the support widget from the app in Shopify after 3 days, I looked for other ways to reach support. In addition to direct email, I found several places where the app had support widgets or forms.

I will gladly update my review if support resumes. In January 2024, I received support responses within 8-36 hours, which is acceptable. The app has been working too.

I just saw your 1-star review and wanted to personally reach out and say how truly sorry I am for the frustration you've experienced. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have.
A quick heads-up, this app was recently acquired by our company, Avocados Labs, on March 28th. We’re still in the process of migrating everything over, including support channels, which means your original message likely went to the previous owner. We expect everything to be fully transitioned by April 13th.

Great and clear app with lots of important intuitive upsell functions. Support team is very responsive and always willing to help.
It is difficult to choose an upsell app after the purchase. This one is really great, it allows you to add the offer to the previous order which no other app allows in native. The support is reactive

Great app, started using it about 5 months ago. We are a small non-profit and our order number and sales started increasing substantially and almost used up the free limit of 50 orders. And then Gil decided to increase this limit to 100. I was so happy that I sent a thank you and got a quick response also informing me that I can get a NPO Shopify plan as a nonprofit. I didn't know that before. Very happy with this app, works excellent and is very customizable. Kudos!
This app allowed me to offer discounted extra products to our customers at checkout, and allows us to boost our AOV. We sell snack foods, and customers are surprisingly willing to add a few extra dollars to their order -- our upsell conversion rate seems to sit over 25%. Gil was super helpful, and I'm excited to test out extra offers going forward
Killer app indeed! Gil is very supportive and listens to feedbacks and actually takes inquiries into his own hands and implements them! This will be an app that we'll continue to use, not only because of its easy to use UI but the fact that we know the app will continue to grow, change and improve over time.
Very good quality app. Works flawlessly and matches your store design very well! A little bit basic in its functionality, but has great potential!
Checkout Promotions & Upsells is the real deal. Simple and easy to use, while still offering immense flexibility for promo triggers and setups. I would recommend this app to anyone that is not currently utilizing post purchase upsells. The pricing is clear and affordable, and you are missing out on potential revenue without this app. Gil has provided fast and thorough support on every inquiry I have submitted. Your only regret will be wishing you installed this app earlier.
I've tried all the single click post purchase upsell apps and this one is the best. A lot of upsell apps on the market do not offer single click post purchase, the customer has to go back through checkout which is a total conversion killer. The ones that do offer it have crazy pricing structures. This app has the best pricing on the market and first rate responsive customer support.
We have tried a lot of upsell apps. Issues with other apps is they force you to use their payment providers or not offer paypal/afterpay etc AND they often don't edit the order but create an additional order which you have to combine later. Not this app. Solves all these issues Perfectly. Thanks Gil!
