The workflow I needed was somewhat unique in my view. I oversee a store that offers products through both in-person sales and drop-ship channels. While the products are identical, they are assigned different SKUs to differentiate between the two channels. To offer free delivery for a drop-shipped SKU at checkout, I was in need of a condition that requires a certain subtotal to be reached for specific SKUs in the cart.
