Using the custom rules builder, you can create and deploy checkout constraints. These constraints include setting minimum and maximum item quantities, requiring specific customer/product tag combinations, making products available only to authenticated users, and validating based on various factors. These factors include customer metafields, product metafields, tags, cart attributes, line attributes, collections, and many more.

It's hands down the best app for this functionality, and the support is second to none. This app made it easy to deploy triggers notifying Canadian customers about the 3-item limit, while also limiting the cart quantity for that specific product during checkout. The ability to fully customize the message displayed to customers in the cart was a game changer for us.

This shows as Free in the App store, but after installing, it shows a trial period and then a paid subscription which prices are ridiculous for what this app is supposed to do!!! I didn't even bother setting up to see if this even works. Pricing should have been shown up front.
