I recently got this app, the customer support so far has been excellent, it's an easy to use app however if you aren't sure on something the customer support team are there to help :)

Used along with Zapiet Rates by Distance to set up quite complex delivery and shipping services, with different products available in different locations at different rates. Zapiet support held my hand all the way. First class app and support.

Great app! My goal was to have a clean check-out procedure where customers wouldn't be confused or able to select the wrong shipping on items where I wanted to force in-store pickup. After a very quick exchange of a few emails (very timely response) and a tiny bit of Shopify reconfigure, they walked me through the setup and I was good to go! Also, in comparing similar apps, I felt Zapiet had the best and most elegant UI.
Had a few problems with the set up but the Jessica and the team were amazing, would definitely recommend

I've Altered my review from original. The app is designed to be very good. But it took a few weeks of back and forth with the support team to get it to work close to what it's like in the video. I'll go live this week, and in a few weeks I'll have a better idea how it went.

App worked great, but I find it's too expensive for us. We're an online shop that is just starting out. The company would get far more people installing their app if they figured out a scalable model that grows as your sales grow or a longer trial period.
