I would highly recommend this app as one of your key app to install if you are offering pick up service with your shopify store. (Big business or small business)
Money for the app is sooo worth it. (I use the $19 per month plan) If you are just starting out with your shopify store or trying to keep your costs as low as possible, then this app has to be the top ones next to your email marketing app.
Very easy to use and can customise days and calendar times for your store to work around your personal commitments eg I run my business via my home, and offer pick up service as in 'Click & Collect' service for my local customers to save on delivery costs. I can block out days that I am fully booked with kids events or a full in day with other commitments eg doctors appointments, errands days etc. Or simply blocking out public holidays where I am not open for business.
Once you have things set up, this app quietly does it's own thing in the background and does it's job and speeds up my job of not worrying about arranging an appointment with customers to pick up their items. Customers happy, I am happy and have more free time too.
This app works great for my stores needs! A great find for sure! It also integrates with my other apps in my store so it all runs smoothly. And the support is great! Fast to respond and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone else I know who is looking to do pickups and deliveries.
Best app by far! The app and the developers are a treat to work with. Don’t think twice, the app works flawlessly, and in case it doesn’t. The developers will fix it. I haven’t received this type of service anywhere. My customers enjoy the option to select a date and time, and it gives me the flexibility to set my times the way I need them to be.
Having used multiple apps on Shopify I can honestly say this has been our favourite app to date due to the incredible customer service and ease of integration.
The app integrated seamlessly within our store theme and looks very smart on our checkout page. It has every feature we have needed to use and is very versatile.
Sam and the team are an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot speak highly enough of their services - the customer support is world class. Any questions or queries we had were replied to within minutes and we were up and running very quickly. They were more than happy to help out with anything we were unsure of and took the time to explain anything we queried with a step by step walk through, enabling us to learn the ins and outs of the apps features for future use.
Would highly recommend this app.

Works great! Game changer for this small bakery! Would love to be able to have inventory marked for specific days, but other than that it works great. Admittedly, a bit of a learning curve, but all worth it in the end!

We began using this app to set up store pickups when we re-opened after the lockdown. We had fantastic help setting it up. Since setting up the app, we have adapted and made changes on a number of occasions. Each and every time I have reached out, I have received quick and helpful service. i feel like I have been helped by every member of the Zapiet team at this point and each one of them has been professional and my queries and issues always fixed really quickly. Great App & an even greater customer service team!
I had a review saying don't trust their 14 day free trial, but it turns out it was a miscommunication and they fully refunded my money. I have used it for a few weeks and I can say this:
Pros: It's actually pretty robust, which great options. I've chatted with most of the employees on email and they are a very friendly and responsive bunch.
Improvement: It's not for me at this stage but that's ONLY because I need separate collections to have separate rules. Some things to be picked up only, some things to be delivered only etc. That won't be an issue for the vast majority of people.
Aside from that tiny hindrance, it's a great app and I wish the team the best.
Great app, but even better staff working for the app, Jessica went above and beyond this evening. We were really struggling with the rates and getting our shipping and local pick up options sorted, Jessica step by step talked us through it and fixed everything for us, answered a lot of silly questions from us having no idea what we are doing. I realised near the end that Jessica had actually stayed later than what her shift was to help us, yet again fix another issue with product specific preparation time. Credit to your team.
