Zapiet est une application très complète, offrant de nombreuses fonctionnalités et disponible en plusieurs langues, ce qui la rend très pratique à utiliser. Nous attendons encore les modifications concernant les tests des e-mails de récupération pour finaliser certains paramétrages.
Mais leur service-client se rend disponible dès que vous avez des questions !

Exceptional Support That Changed Everything
I was honestly on the verge of uninstalling Zapiet because I was struggling with the setup, until Jessica joined the chat. From that moment on, everything changed.
Jessica went far above and beyond to help me properly set up Zapiet on my Shopify store. Her dedication, patience, and deep knowledge were outstanding. I used Zapiet during the pandemic for a few years, then eventually moved my business off Shopify - but one thing that always stuck with me was how great their customer service was.

Their AI agent is solid, but working directly with Jessica reminded me exactly why I always liked this company in the first place.
