Was facing some subscription billing charges issue as I am still testing the revamp of my website with the Zapiet App. I reached out to the supports team and Betty from support team was super quick in replies and efficient in expediting my ticket. Even though my issue turned out to be a problem with Shopify, Manuel walked me through the issue, how to fix it in the future, and fixed it himself. And we were able to get the problem fixed within an hour of first reaching out.
