There are a few rough edges that take some time to configure and get used to, but the support team makes all the difference.
Sandy was incredibly helpful throughout the process; patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond.

I've been a customer for over 3 years now. I've had wonderful help and service up to this point, but the last few days have left me frustrated.
First, we discovered that our delivery dates suddenly were changed to include days we are closed. I fixed that issue.
Next day - no one could place a same day order or an order the next day for delivery even though we confirmed that our settings were correct. No one on the team seemed to know why it happened. They did a reset and fixed that issue, but failed to check to make sure everything else was working.
Yesterday we then discovered that the zip codes were not working for our radius of 20 miles. No one could place a delivery order. I reached out for help yesterday morning and kept checking back in - no response until 12:30 AM central US time. We went a second day with no orders.
That issue was fixed but then our delivery rate was returned to zero.
Why is it taking so long to get help? Why is the system going rouge? Why when one thing is fixed another problem is created?
Mother's Day is coming up and I fear our trusted Zapiet app will not be there to support us. I'm not sure what is going on over at Zapiet but I am deeply concerned.

What you described is not the level of reliability or support we aim to provide, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to run into multiple issues in a row, particularly when they impacted your ability to accept orders.
From what you outlined, it sounds like a series of configuration or syncing issues may have occurred. While resets can sometimes resolve a specific problem, we should absolutely be ensuring that everything is fully tested afterward so that new issues are not introduced. The delay in our response time is also not what you should expect from us, and I am very sorry for that.
I have also escalated this to our development team to take a further look into what may have caused these issues and to help prevent this from happening again.
We will be reaching out very soon once our development team has had a chance to investigate further and review everything thoroughly.

Srivastav was very helpful in resolving the issue and was very quick and polite. Srivastav also provided a loom video to assist with correcting the configuration settings.
It's a shame that initially so much time was taken up by "Zack" the AI bot prior to being escalated to a person. It would have been a much better customer experience if I was directed to a person initially.

I'm with this app for years for my store. The app works well for pickup/delivery options and the help centre is helpful. They also offer multiple languages, EN-FR for my store.

Betty from Zapiet support team quickly resolved an issue I had been having with Zapiet and Shopify delivery rates. The problem was resolved quickly, correctly, and she even helped with another update I had been trying to do for our checkout.

Subscribed for the "free trial" but was charged a months fee, despite having cancelled before the free trial period was finished, and despite never actively using the service.
Be cautious - "Zack" from the customer support email is a chatbot that will send you in circles unless you specifically ask to speak with a live agent.
Edit: changed from 1 star to 4 stars. After successfully connecting with a real person, they resolved the issue almost immediately. I guess this is the new normal with chatbots & AI in the world. Same review stands - be cautious of the AI service aspect, and request a live agent as soon as you start any convo to save some time.

Thanks for your review. I’d like to clarify what happened here.
Your store installed the app on March 2nd, with a 14-day free trial running through to March 16th. After this date, the app automatically transitioned onto a paid plan as it remained installed, and stayed active until it was uninstalled on April 30th. Charges are only applied once the trial period has ended.
That said, as soon as you reached out, we processed your refund within a couple of hours as a gesture of goodwill.
Regarding support, Zack is our AI assistant designed to help get quick answers, but you can always request a human agent at any time and the conversation will be handed over. Our team is always available to help directly.
