Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Seriously. 5 Stars. The app is working perfectly. I needed some support to activate it because I am absolutely a non programmer/tech head, but that's where their staff stepped in and worked their magic. And...they did it cheerfully! :)

The support team is incredible. Within minutes of reaching out, I was put in contact with Jessica over live chat. She was great. She quickly resolved my issue and then took the time to walk me through the solution with screenshots and examples.

Melissa did great today. She was very fast and resolve their issues immediately. She was very easy to communicate with and we appreciate everything she’s done for us.

Works great for store who have multiple sales locations. The postal-code validation feature is a state of the art technology. Customer support is very responsive. So far, so good! Our customers really like it. I only wish I didn't have to migrate our shipping options over. We have somewhat complex shipping options so I simply added a Free Local Pickup option within Shopify and we're good to go.
