Zapiet have created a very comprehensive app with Store Pickup and Delivery. We did test drive every pickup and delivery app in the app store and none came close as far as functionality, documentation and presentation. We have had an extremely positive experience with Zapiet Customer Support. They respond in a timely fashion and have gone the extra mile to help us out with every query and request. Highly recommended!
I have installed this app since I launched my website with Shopify. And at the beginning, they were incredible and completely quick with their feedback. And it went swimmingly. I even referred this app to all my Shopify friends. But recently, I have encountered issues after issues. My main issue with the app is on the shipping feature. Knowing that I will launch shipping for the holiday season, I started working in the summer with Zapiet to install this in. I specifically worked with Sebastian and he was incredible. We set it up exactly the way we wanted it. But after a week of launching the shipping option, we realized that we needed to do some more improvements. So we made changes in the Shopify end and things went haywire in the Zapiet App. I would change an option in the app, and it would take a while for it to be updated on the site. Reached out to customer serviced and received feedback 24 hrs later. Because I can’t afford for being down so long, I figured a solution that would tie us over. But our shipping option is still not functioning the way it should. Currently the app is displaying all 5 shipping options. But due to the type of product we have, we can only use 2 of them. After another 24 hrs, I get a quick email saying problem is resolved and I can enable the shipping option. But that is not the case, all 5 options are still shown to our customers. I've requested multiple times for them to just jump on a quick call (no more than 15 minutes ) to just iron this all out. But it seems that they specifically skip that part of the email. They say there is a phone and email support 24/7. This definitely has not been my experience. From my experience, you get 1 email support/ day and you hope they answer all your questions. Or you'll have to wait for another 24 hrs.

First I would like to sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our support team, it is never our intention for our customers to feel neglected.
I will be honest, our response times at the moment are slower than we would like, there has been an uptick in the support tickets over the recent weeks due to the holiday period and this has meant that response times and phone availability are not of the high standard our customers have come to expect.
I have reviewed your configuration and I have personally ensured that only the required shipping options are now displayed at checkout.
I have also responded to you via your ticket in the hopes that we can arrange a call to discuss any remaining concerns you may have.

*Updated as issues have been resolved* We've been using Zapiet since day 1 and it as great when we first began using it, but there has been too many issues recently. Tags are not generated properly, causing confusion between store pick up and delivery orders. This ultimately affects our delivery service's system as well. This has been an on-going issue for over 4 months now and has yet to be resolved. When asked, Zapiet attributes the cause to Shopify and vice versa. Now we are having issues with specific product preparation times--all of the prep times got removed for 30 of our products x 4 location, and when we try to update/add the prep times, they disappear. Customer support used to be quick, but recently, we've been getting responses only once per day. For the monthly price we are paying currently, it does not really justify the service received. Would revise rating if these issues are actually resolved.

Shopify deployed an update on the 14th October which resolves the issues you have been facing regarding the attribute issues. The fix has now been live for a couple of weeks and proving to work wonders!
I'm truly sorry it took so long to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately in this case the timing of the solution was totally out of our control.
You can now continue to use the app flawlessly :)

Please know that this situation is an exception: As you can see on other reviews, we’re known for our great service and for taking ownership and caring deeply about our merchants. The issue with the tags and details caught us off guard as it is a result of Shopify’s latest checkout updates. Unfortunately, without Shopify’s help, we have our hands tied but we’ll continue working with them to get a fix as soon as possible. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with their team.
The issue with the preparation time essentially stemmed from a problem that only occurred in production rather than our testing phase, something however minor, we always do run the risk of happening when deploying updates to the app.
We also faced a headwind with some sickness in the support team as well as some few people travelling back from our first ever meet-up resulting in our response times being longer than usual.

There's been a few ups and downs with the plugin, but overall it's giving my high traffic store the functionality to offer more ways of selling and fulfilling. There's been a few bumps, but the support team has been there to help. Overall, I'd recommend trying it.

It's great. Adds a functionality that is oddly missing out of the box with Shopify. But Zapiet knocks it out of the park with lots of features and functions. It might be a tad complicated to set up, but the support team is always there to help.

Highly recommend this app. As a florist, this app makes it so easy to manage local pickup and delivery and the support has been so prompt and helpful--truly above and beyond.

This is is AWESOME! They also are extremely timely with support. I had a problem at 3AM and I got a response!
I was apply this app on my staging site. As test for few days, the inventory fulfillment function is uncertain at this moment. Thus, linking from Zapiet location with Shopify location still having error where the result keep revert after save and refresh.
