We use this app heavily for our delivery service company and it's been good to us. It's almost perfect but we believe it will get there between better synergy with Shopify and added features. Leo was my support today and he has been great. Quick answers and clear instructions, It doesn't go unseen.

I just had another amazing customer support experience with Zapiet! Gabriel spent an hour with me troubleshooting am issue that I thought I was having with the Rates app only to learn that the real problem was due to local construction making the distance to a particular customer .5 miles longer than usual and therefore they were all of a sudden outside of our delivery area. He was so patient and kind and great at getting to the bottom of things. I am so grateful to him! I love these apps!!

This is the best app if you're looking for an app with store pickup, delivery, and shipping at the same time. For me, the best part of this app is that I get to choose which date I could block and unblock every store location. i also can add special holiday hours. Also, I could block the specific product to the specific location, delivery date, or shipping date. IT'S THE BEST APP!!!!!! AND, AND, AND I LOOOOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really help in all your needs I mean ALL!!! Sometimes I needed help that is not even covered on their app but still helping us. This app is worth every penny! Makes your business run easily! The Zapiet team have been wonderful helping me create what are quite business and product specific solutions for my floral design business. Ronan has been especially amazing.. give this man a raise! These guys are awesome, always at hand if help is ever needed (Sam your a star). If i could give more than 5* i would.
Very nice app but slightly difficult to get it up and running, but fortunately support team is very helpful and very responsive. App is very customisable you can have certain products delivery only and certain products pickup only, and also customise delivery distance and rate.
