I have had a few questions on how to use the app or where to find specific information on what would help my application best and I have always had a quick response and answers to my questions. I recently had an online meeting with Jeanette, and she was very nice, pleasant, helpful and explained everything to me including the fact that all of the information that we just discussed would be emailed to me. That was great so that I can review the information anytime later and didn't have to remember it. I love Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and have been using for 7+ years.
