ClickifyPro for Clickfunnels

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback because great support deserves recognition.

We’ve built and managed a lot of funnels over the years, and one thing that stands out with Clickify is that the platform isn’t just powerful ... the team behind it genuinely shows up when things matter.

Throughout this build and troubleshooting process, your team has been incredibly responsive, patient, and solution oriented. Support didn’t stop at generic recommendations or documentation, there was real ownership taken to help get things resolved.

A special thank you to Prateesh. It made a huge impression to see someone step in personally, review the setup directly, and help work through troubleshooting issues firsthand. That level of involvement is rare and speaks volumes about the culture behind the product.

No platform is ever completely free from edge cases or technical challenges, what matters is how a team responds when they happen. In our experience, Clickify’s customer service has been excellent: communicative, invested, and committed to finding solutions.

Appreciate all the help and support. Looking forward to continuing to build and scale on the platform.

I have used this Clickiypro app for over 2 years now and it works as expected. Great customer service and support. I used it with click funnels to get orders easily to Shopify. I recommend it.

We were left with about a weeks notice that AppTrends (part of CartHero) would be removed from Shopify and would no longer work. This left us scrambling to find a replacement app for connecting ClickFunnels to Shopify. AppTrends had some advanced features that we used (such as setting line item properties) that we required to move to a new app. During our Trial run with ClickifyPro we brought up these features that we needed and the team worked closely with us to solve the issues we were having with the application. We have moved from AppTrends to ClickifyPro as our integration from ClickFunnels to Shopify and are very happy with the product and their team. Anybody else coming from AppTrends, this is a great solution.
