This app is great Only thing I wish it had was custom filters per collection So for Example I could have dedicated filters for mattresses and wouldn't show up on the Bed Page

App works great, but more importantly their team was very responsive and helpful and now we have a customized design at no extra cost!

The app itself is pretty good and smooth. But the customer service is sometimes a little slow to respond. But they take feedback quite well. I have been working to get my store online www.lil-lollipop.com and same sizes were showing twice in drop-down, got the solution from the team. :) After giving it a 5 star rating i am reviewing it to 3 star. Though the app works as advertised a major flaw is when viewing on mobile the filters do not move with the page. There should be an option to place the filters at the bottom of the page. I've always been amazed that filtering by size isn't a standard feature on Shopify. However, this is a very reasonably priced plug in and it's made a huge difference to how my store looks. Nikita was super helpful and adjusted where the filters showed in my store and even offered to change the colours. I then noticed my search bar was different when looking for products (makes sense given the name but I was after a filter) the instant search is awesome!

We are very satisfied with using Cloud Search to optimize the search of our website. The app is easy to use and one of the great things about it is that it is evolving so that some of our needs and suggestions have been met after installing and starting to use the app.
The app integrates with our multilingual store and there is always help for whatever problem we might have.
We had some custom work done by a third party to have the app styled more to our specific needs but since our needs were a bit specific, we don’t find this to be a fault of the app.
I do wish the app took manual listings in the collections more into account when filters are applied because this would greatly improve our ability to highlight specific products even when customers are filtering unnecessary products away, but I am told this is a work in progress.

As the manual listings are now taken into account, we have no more concerns with the app and we would definitely recommend it to others.
