CM Commerce: Email Marketing

I don't know if it's the workflows available in this or something else but our abandoned cart sales went from 7% to 19% after changing to using campaign monitor.

Extremely easy to use and after a customer purchases my art it sends a beautifully designed receipt to their inbox. Thanks for making my business look a lot more professional! 5 Stars

There is no reason in this world not to have this app! We're only using the free version and it makes your receipt emails look millions of times better! Easy to customize, and we've generated additional sales off the automatic coupon it generates for customers to use! All for FREE. Got that? good.

Switched from Klaviyo due to big difference in price and so far has been a great experience. Looking forward to getting deeper in to the features and taking them for a spin. Very feature rich App, great staff, reasonably priced. What more could you want?!

Great app and good customer service.

I have used this app for quite a while now and love the way it's so easy to set up. My repeat business has gone up quite substantially because the emails look so good now. I found it so labour intensive to have to create a discount code, mail it to the customer, send a reminder and finally take off the code. Now it's all done automatically and I don't even need to think about it. I can even set different campaigns to go to different customers - first timers, repeat customer etc.

I've just installed the cart abandonment part of the app (no extra charge!). So much better than the basic Shopify because it send out 3 reminders to come back rather than the 1. Absolutely Brilliant!

Only one thing, I would like a little more control over the recommendations made by the app, but I understand there is something in the pipeline.

I think this app is a definite must, it's fantastic value for money and the team at Receiptful are always adding brilliant things to it. It's so much more than just sending receipts. I can't recommend it enough and the team are so helpful and prompt in their responses. They even send out really helpful marketing emails, not the usual rubbish you get from so called 'experts'.

I have read the other reviews and can't even begin to understand the negative one. I guess if someone doesn't want to invest more than $5 for marketing... well...?

Easy to use and set-up, automatic discount code creation is great.

Julia was very patient and helpful when we tried to work out some kinks in my test emails. Rather than (as so many support people do!) focusing only on what I was doing (wrong), she looked at the big picture, went back to her end and soon figured out it was just something Receiptful was sorting out. She stayed on it until we were sure our receipts behaved exactly as we wanted.

You need this app!!! I have already had great results!! This app has taken the place about 10 apps i was using
