CM Commerce: Email Marketing

There is no better marketing automation app. I love using the automated Abandoned Cart email chains, creating awesome Receipts and getting our customers perfect Product Recommendations.

I have tried them all for email marketing & automation (such as MailChimp and other email providers). I have found the setup process easy and the design builder functionality with Conversio to be the best. I can easily create professional email templates that match our branding perfectly.

It is a great app. I truly recomand it. It is a life changer because it really helps with all email situation.

Unfortunately the app has changed from being free to wanting to charge me $40/month. That's a pretty big jump. Um, no thanks.

Unless you are a coder do not choose this app. There are very few videos or how-to instructionals that work for this product. The only help is via email and you can get approximately 2 responses per day. If I could get it set up properly it would probably be amazing.

Great app so far! Very clean templates, lots of configuration, and the optimization suggestions are a nice touch. Will stick with it for a while and see how things go over time.

This is definitely an app that I would recommend. It takes minimal time & effort to create awesome receipts that help provide another way to communicate with your customers.

I got this to replace Mailchimp since their integration with Shopify is ending. I really like the wide variety of pre-made templates for follow ups with customers, and after a month I've already seen a few conversions from them. It's relatively interface friendly, as someone not super tech savvy it's been pretty straight forward to build emails. I am a bit bummed about the monthly price, as I was on a free plan with Mailchimp and being such a small company, I don't need to send excessive amounts of emails, but hopefully over time it will prove to be worth the price.
I will say there are a few features that have been difficult for me to implement on my own, even with the Conversio instructions. I had to get their help to verify my domain to intergrate my email marketing customer list from Shopify. I also reached out for help with adding code/widget to show reviews left through Conversio follow up emails, but they wouldn't help me without charging me a fee. I feel if I am paying a monthly fee, it should include help with these available features if their provided instructions are not enough for me to complete on my own. Other than that, I've enjoyed the service so far and hope it will work out long term.

Just what any Shopify marketer needs to greatly enhance their Shopify business.

I am using his app and so far quite good open rate and reaching customer very fast. Worthable. I would say every dropshipper should hold this app to Retargeting .

It is very convenient to use and the price is very cost-effective. I highly recommend everyone to use this software
