Its good, its free, the auto commission payment is convenient. It would be great if there was an group email function to ambassadors/affiliates

Great product. This is what I have been looking for for a long time as it easily integrates with Shopify products and allows me to send gifts. I wish there was a way I could set up individual campaigns that creators could apply for.

It's good. Takes a lot of time to search for the influencers you want. Everytime you select one - you have to GO BACK TO THE start of the list and rescreen everything and then scroll down just to go to the next page.

Maybe allow additional screening options like
- AGE
- member of collabs already
- etc

very good and as always with shopify apps intuitive to set up and use. however one point of improvement is the display of all values in USD. While my shop uses EUR the amounts do not match and I need to figure out exchange rates used for all the transactions

It's pretty smooth except we really, really, really need two features: a way to offer our affiliates a spot bonus and a way to give them a minimum threshold each month. These features would make such a difference for us!

The Collabs app is great however it would be useful to see which influencers have already been invited to collaborate when browsing for new partners.

IT NEEDS TO HAVE A SETTING WHERE WE COULD REPORT THE INFLUENCERS AS WELL SO OTHER BUSINESS WILL KNOW NOT TO TRUST THOSE SCAMMERS . MOST OF THEM ACCEPTS THE GIFT COLLAB AND DONT EVEN SHOUTOUT. OVERALL ITS GOOD. ITS FREE.

Improvements I would like to see is better search/filtering capabilities of the affiliates listed in the recruiting section of the app. Also, once an affiliate has joined the program, I wish it was easier for the affiliates to set up their automatic payments. Currently, it looks like the affiliates have to create a separate Hyperwallet account to get paid automatic commissions. I was hoping the affiliates could just enter their PayPal email address.

Its okay wish they had a designated rep to help when I need it but besides that its a great way to connect with customers

Minor glitches - but we are on our way. The app i much needed for me - and I expect it to deliver so much more...
