After the Update, the app isnt usable in the EU area. No translation an many other things that doesnt work.

This app works perfectly without any issues! Everything runs smoothly and reliably. But what really impressed me is the customer service—they do an outstanding job and even go beyond what they actually need to do. That kind of support is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Nach kurzer Recherche bin ich auf diese Cookie Lösung gestoßen, weil ich für mein Shop etwas umfangreiches und professionelles suchte. Und ich wurde vollkommen zufrieden gestellt. Der Umfang ist definitive besser als bei den meisten anderen Apps und professionell. Es ist jedem gut beraten diese App Lösung zu benutzen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten und alles funktioniert ohne Probleme oder Bugs. Die App ist auch auf Deutsch und vorgeschrieben (lässt sich textlich auch umschreiben) also Installieren, Designe anpassen und los geht es. Ich kann jedem diese Cookie App wärmstens empfehlen und der Support reagierte auch schnell auf meine Anfragen um genau zu sein nach kurzer Zeit. Von mir aus eine klare Empfehlung!

Seit mittlerweile 3 Jahren warten wir auf den versprochenen hauseigenen Scanner, müssen aber immer noch händisch alle Cookies und Scripte einpflegen.
Auf Supportabfragen wird in mäßigem Tempo geantwortet.

Support only in English? Fine, then in English! Then we'll use a translation app if that's too much for you. We haven't had any visible conversions in the backend for over a month. Only Shopify found out that this is because of you! Would you please inform us that an update is necessary? !!!! And the support can only be reached via detours, because the popup stubbornly won't go away! We are so annoyed and disappointed! Hopefully we will be contacted immediately. We will not change any codes etc. Why do we pay for your app???????

We have used this app for almost five years but have decided not to continue using it. Initially, I was very satisfied with the tech support. The first time I needed assistance, the support representative was knowledgeable and resolved my issue promptly.

However, the second time, the tech support was slow and did not address my questions effectively, unlike her colleague.

After uninstalling the app, I encountered an error on our live website. The support team did not help me resolve this issue promptly, especially when compared to the response speed of other Shopify app supports.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service this time.

Wir haben GDPR Legal Cookie by iubenda vor einem Jahr installiert und anfangs waren wir zufrieden. Damals hatte wir eine Frage, die schnell vom Support beantwortet wurde. Doch leider hat sich das nach einem Jahr komplett geändert.

Der Seiten-Scan hat gezeigt, dass die Cookies der App nicht korrekt gesetzt werden – was für uns als Betreiber extrem ärgerlich ist. Also habe ich mich an den Support gewandt. Die erste Antwort ließ vier Tage auf sich warten und war leider überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Auf meine Nachfrage nach weiterer Unterstützung warte ich nun seit weiteren vier Tagen ohne eine Antwort.

Das ist kein Service, wie man ihn sich wünscht! Die App wurde daher deinstalliert, denn es gibt definitiv bessere Anbieter auf dem Markt.

What a great support team!

The app is absolutely great and I've been using it for a long time! But then I had a mishap.

I accidentally uninstalled the app and couldn't reinstall it. That was a huge problem that I couldn't solve on my own. So I contacted support. The response was very quick. Together with support, we deleted all the remnants of the app. But an error message kept coming up.

When we got to the point where we couldn't do anything anymore, I contacted Shopify. They also had a great team on hand. We tried everything late into the night. Nothing helped. Even reinitializing the shop didn't work.

Unfortunately, I had to tell iubenda support that I had to use a different app. That was the end of the matter for me.

But now comes the point where you know that not all support is the same. They didn't stop trying to find out what the problem was! A few days later, support contacted me again and asked if I could try reinstalling the app. And what can I say? It works!

The team took the time to find a solution. Just like that. I've never experienced anything like it! When you think you've tried everything, nothing happens from support and the matter is resolved. But this is different. Now that's what I call great help!

I'm so grateful for the work you do!

Ein super Support Team für das GDPR Legal Cookie Banner!

Ich hatte das Problem das der Banner im Shop nicht angezeigt wurde,nach Meldung beim Support wurde innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet und sich um das Problem angenommen.
Sie haben sich die App und meinen Shop angesehen und auch mit Gastzugang die Meta überarbeitet.
Der Fehler lag leider bei meinem Shop im Theme Code darauf haben Sie mich hingewiesen und auch Lösungsvorschläge unterbreitet.

Wenn jeder Support so arbeiten würde, wäre ich sehr glücklich.

Wir hatten Probleme nach der Installation von anderen Apps, die den Cookie Banner blockiert haben. Sahar hat uns aber sehr schnell geholfen. Top Support. Vielen lieben Dank!

Update 14.11.2024: Ich hatte ein paar Fragen wegen dem Update und Sahar konnte die schnell und umfassend beantworten. Das Update lief dann problemlos. Danke, Sahar!
