This is one of those types of apps that simply has to work properly; otherwise, there is a huge financial risk if the inventory is incorrect, as well as a significant amount of work required to fix any resulting issues. We use it to create bundled products, super easy to use and it works perfectly,
when we did have an issue their customer service answered within a day and helped.

the app stopped working properly and ruined out inventory count on tons of products. Extremely time consuming and wasteful when the basic feature of different SKUs start being seen as one on a listing.

The app rarely works properly, costs a fortune and getting help and support is a nightmare. I wish I could avoid using it but there is no-one else offering this service and it's essential to my business.
