Mia was very helpful during our onboarding. Had to make quite a few changes as we're not the easiest of companies to deal with as we have quite a few different requirements regarding sales, credits, gift cards, physical and digital products etc...

Have used this for a month and i love it. Easy to set up and use and features that others do not have.
I contacted support late on a sunday. Had help and my case fixed in 5 minutes. Top!
So far our experience with this app has been great! Mia has been very helpful in setting everything up, even when we had trouble with our hardware. She was patient and kind throughout out first meeting. Looking forward to continuing working with them.

This app does not do what it says it does, and support was a bad experience. I was told that if I tried it and did not like it, I could get a refund. I agreed and paid $3300 for the year. Within two weeks, I realized that it would not work for our needs. As soon as I requested the refund, they stopped responding. I would not trust these guys. We gave them $3300 for an unusable product. We ended up finding a much better solution.
Customer service team is helpful and respond quickly. I've had some issues during setting the system up, but they quickly got me into an on boarding session with Mia and will provide direct support with meetings over two weeks if I need them for further help. I'm pretty sure I've got everything set up 100% now after my first meeting with Mia! Their chat feature is also quick and helpful. The system is just different to set up from our old one and after having a walk-through I understand it more.
