I used this app to translate my English website into Dutch, French, and German. it is easy to work with.

At some point, a problem occurred in saving a lot of content and I send an email to the team. They have been working very hard to solve the problem. And the team built a new feature that solved my problem. Very accurate and fast. Thank you a lot for helping me out and putting effort into it.

When I have had an issue with a particular translation or formatting I have had a 5* response from the T Lab Support Team (Dimitar, Todor and Lina). In fact I have never had better support from any other service and I can't recommend the team highly enough.

So, we where looking for an app which fully supports shopify's new translation API - Guys start using Shopify Translation - so other apps will be quicker in getting compatible with this! It is really hard to find apps which even support Translation API.

Translation Lab offered AI Auto Translation - which i have to say is pretty solid - except for some really funny exceptions.

The pricing is really good - we have translated around 3000 Products and the whole Store (Theme, Emails, ...) in english and french for around 30 - 40 Dollars. And all we needed to do was press a button and wait for the AI to finish.

Managing translations "can" be improved here and there and specially make maybe some ressources searchable even if its just full text search - that would help a lot - otherwise if you really need to search across all ressources, then i would recommend just exporting and importing with .csv. It is pretty solid too.

Since shopify just released this feature last year - i am certain that more features will come and i am excited what you guys will release in the early future.

Support is quite attentive. Max from the team fixed the issue and provided clear explanations on how I can update my store too.
