Their in-person support is helpful and actually reads feedback. I had some issues with their AI bot which was in a learning phase, and they understood my comments and implemented improvements to it.

We run an online store for customized products and have set up multiple local domains taking advantage of the features T-Lab is providing us with. This app offers more than any of the others we previously tested.

All in all the product is good, and you can see changes and improvements to it over time. We're happy with it and recommend it.

T Lab works great—it translates all my web pages perfectly. Pagefly also provides accurate translations. I use their software across multiple stores, and their support team responds quickly. 5-star review.

We are using the premium plan, and the app offers everything required to manage high-quality translations for an e-commerce site. Special mention to the support team, which is by far the best I’ve experienced on Shopify.

This is an excellent plugin. The feature that appealed to me most is the ability to replace images, which has been incredibly helpful. The customer support team is also fantastic—they were very prompt and proactive in answering my questions.

This is very good app, makes my life 1000 times easier with my multilingual shop. Without this app and AI translations I would finish my shop by the end of this year maybe.

This app is one of the best I have installed in the shop. Very fast and first-class support, in case of problems is helped immediately (I had a problem with the glossary at short notice).

Fantastic translations and expert service. The development team really went above and beyond to help me with even some basic (well, basic for them and difficult for me) coding and meta tag issues I was having due to the translation. They gave me a super easy step by step fix with detailed images. They're quick to respond and haven't had any issues with the translations. Thank you!

although the default translation is not the most ideal and it cost time to manually modify each translation, but import functionality is good, and support is vert patient, help me find out the problem.

There was an issue with how to retrieve a text block for Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Support has fixed it.

Whilst the plugin took a while to get my head round, it's a vital plugin for more complex Shopify sites compared to the built in Shopify markets.

But more importantly, the team spent over an hour helping me try and fix an out of stock issue, which Shopify told me was their problem, but it wasn't. It was with Shopify, and I spent weeks chasing the issue.

Genuinely appreciate all the help from Stoycho - he couldn't have gone more out of his way to help!
