Contrado: Print on Demand

We have been very pleased with Contrado’s support, particularly the help provided by Mitul. He took the time to investigate a Shopify fulfilment issue where shipping confirmation emails were not being triggered for customers.

Working with Shopify support, he identified a small case-sensitivity problem in the integration and arranged for it to be corrected. Communication was consistent throughout, and the issue was taken seriously until a proper solution was found.

This fix may also help other Contrado users who have experienced the same shipment-notification problem. We greatly appreciate the persistence, technical support and personal service.

I've been using Contrado for years and I like them because their products are high quality and ethically made, with reliable and quick delivery.

Pretty smooth operation to use overall, though we have had some issues with products getting set up correctly on the app but then getting produced in the incorrect size/material. But the technical team respond promptly and are great at helping sort out these issues. Products are great quality with a large range.
