We are a newly formed business. On our research to find an Ai Chatbot for we found Convi. We started with a Free Plan and from the get go the support and service was excellent. Dela has been amazing and so willing to help. (Shout out to Dela). They customised the look to be based on our brand and assisted us with knowledge base for FAQ's.
