Hi, After 15 days of installing this app, still not being able to use the features of this app.
The customer care support of this app is the slowest in the world, When you chat with them it almost takes them 10-15 minutes to reply back. We cannot sit for the full day to sort out issues.
VERY BAD SUPPORT!! WILL NOT REFER NOR SUGGEST ANYONE TO INSTALL THIS !

After we apologized for the wait, we immediately customized the app to your requests because we wanted to have a happy customer, as that is what we always want, to help customers.
We try our best to help everyone as fast as possible, and from the other reviews you can see we do a pretty good job. But at the end of the day we are human beings too, in a different timezone, we are not around 24/7.

We've been using this app since almost a year now, and it works perfectly. Does what it is supposed to do, with no glitches. Also the support is very co-operative and prompt, they always respond positively and help us make whatever customizations we need. Recommended!
In my opinion, one of the singles biggest weaknesses of Shopify is how it handles discounts and coupons. That is why we love this app. It comes the closest to anything else we've tried to solve it. Now we can much more easily run specials and promotions and have them work the way they should. Also, they have outstanding support!
I appreciate your amazing customer service - big shouts out to you. It's also amazing that you guys are able to even make this work, I have been looking for this solution for a long time and have tried so many others who make don't fit my needs & yours fits like a glove. I am excited also because your app solves the problem of not being able to do free shipping with a percent off discount like I have wanted to for customer service purposes. Just recently installed the app so we can stack our discounts and the support was amazing - they got back to me within 5 minutes and Mostafa was able to make the required changes instantly and was very responsive. App looks great and integrates well.

Exactly what i was searching for. you can create multiple discount code, even with automatic discounts. Which is absolutely awesome since shopify has not yet implemented that often asker for feature. Super fast support, implemented it in my theme after 5 Minutes. 5/5 Stars
