Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the confusion.

Tevello does include a free plan, but it’s currently only available for development stores, as noted in our pricing section on the App Store listing.

For regular stores, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features so you could try it out and see if it’s a good fit for you and your business.

To clarify, a development store is a term set by Shopify when a Shopify Partner is building a store for a client or for testing purposes.

Shopify doesn’t charge for those stores until they are transferred to the client, so we’ve followed the same principle by making Tevello completely free for development stores too.

We’ll definitely take your comment seriously and look into making this distinction even clearer in the listing.
