I have not been using the app very long but as far as I can tell, it is user friendly and the app developer was helpful in getting things up and running for me in the chat via real time which was extremely helpful. He also provided excellent customer service. Great job Leo!! :)

I'm super impressed with Cowlendar! The customer service is top-notch - they've quickly and efficiently answered all my questions. What's really amazing about this app is how it handles appointment scheduling. It does everything we need, and it does it seamlessly.
The customization options are a big win. I think Cowlendar might be the only app out there that lets you tweak everything to this extent. We're talking about changing not just the look of the booking form but also every line of text in the booking form, confirmation messages, emails, the time formats (giving the option to clients between 24-hour or AM/PM), as well as inclusion of Cancel/Reschedule buttons in the emails.
In addition, with their Ultra plan, emails go out from our business email address, not some generic bot address (hello copilot!) - it's a huge plus for keeping things professional.
Why am I raving about Cowlendar? Well, it actually works exactly how we hoped it would, which is a breath of fresh air after being stuck with another booking app for a year and a half that just couldn't meet our needs. Thankfully, the other app's end of year update so thoroughly broke our booking site, it finally forced us to find a better solution in Cowlendar.
This app requires an advanced degree in integration and development. Not user friendly. Inability to cancel without extensive written chats with Leo and Shopify. Disappointing!
Shelley used the app for 21 days then asked for a FULL refund which I gave her (without asking any question). I get it that some people are not comfortable with tech things even though i've tried to make my app as easy to use as possible but I know I still need to improve a few things here and there.
Then she harasses me on the Live Chat of my app even though I told him the refund will be there on her next shopify bill (which I don't handle, Shopify does). Keep in mind all her messages were answered within 3 min on my Live Chat.
Then she leaves me 1-star because... why not ?
Then she never replies back to my numerous emails explaining her the whole situation and how I can't speed up the billing cycle because a month is 30 days and that can't be shortened.
Honestly, I wish we could rate users the same way they rate us like on Uber app so my fellow app developers would not let this kind of person rated 1-star install their app.

Great app never bugged out on me at all, Luca has great service. Only suggestion is allowing bulk services instead of duplicating individual services.
This was a great addition to my website! It was easy to instal and had lots of good tutorials along the way. I am using it for a unique purpose of selling charcuterie boards and this will allow me to manage when people order and pickup product when i'm available. Highly recommend this app and the customer service is great!
The app is very user friendly and I was able to get us fully set up within about 45 minutes. I was a little confused about some setting but I reached out to support and Theo was very helpful and quick to answer all of our questions. I do wish that they had a Klayvio integration but Theo was able to guide us to some other ways to make the app work for us in the meantime.
