I am new at Shopify with CJ dropshipping totally don’t know what to do after customer placed an order, and live chat with Rebecca , she is very very helpful 200% . So now processing my first order to customer really appreciated. Thanks again

CJ has been awesome for my online business. They have tons of products and their customer service is top-notch. They even gave me a special agent named Bruce, who I can chat with on WhatsApp whenever I need help. Bruce is super quick to respond and always friendly and has great communication skills, always happy to help. Working with CJ has made running my business much easier and less stressful. their service its awful so many of m,y costumers ordered from me and I had to send their money back because they couldn't fulfill my orders like literally I could show pages of nothing but costumers that I had to send back because their skU'S had changed or they didn't even have the product ! I'm willing too give out another shut maybe their system changed but I didn't have a good experience with cj drop-shipping for now imma give one star if proved otherwise then ill change it

So, I am only a newbee here trying to do dropshipping, and not even an iota of what I am getting myself into. I've been reading so much online about dropshipping and thought it maybe something that would improve my future outlook.

Fast, nice and very helpful customer support, especially from Zoey Zheng. Always get the answer to my questions in a few minutes. Also very good user interface, many good products and goo prices.
