Got assistance from Violet an agent that helps communication between supplier and me and she was quick to answer my questions aswell as very clear and patient.

I am working for two months with CJ and I am happy so far, especially with the customer support. If I have any question my agent Kris is very helpful and is replying very fast to all my questions which is a great support.

I had difficulties communicate with some CJ agents to understand my problems & I got frustrated sometime to work with them, probably because of language barrier?.
