I like the dropshipping business model is great. But with adding Google came another irritating problem and that the GTIN. Which this number should be provided by the suppliers. If this number is MPN, SKU, or UPC then the sku's should automatically be entered into both Barcode and SKU field. A small business owner cannot afford $250.00/$30.00 for each barcode to pay out to another company. We pay more for product as dropshippers, more for shipping and wait longer for delivery to customers. We pay other fees on top of shipping fees. There is a lot of product that doesn't match the actual picture shown. So we are subject to more returns or just unable to retain customers because of the low quality product. Somehow the Shopify owner ends up spending more time try to correct issues in order to list product to reach more customers.

This app features a personal assistant to help every step along the way. I am currently working with someone called Box Chen who has helped with every query I have asked and got me through it, I’m not sure if this person sleeps, every time I message they reply within minutes no matter the time or day!

So far, I have THE BEST EXPERIENCE with my 'customer service agent' named Suki Huang & Marian Chen. I have just started this business and all of this is new to me. But my service agent is just one message away and any issue gets solved. I hope cj works best for me and any newcomer out there.

I have delisted all products from CJ Shipping. They have taken over a week to ship several orders with no communication. We had to submit a request asking why it has not shipped. They just say 'oh, sorry, it will ship in a few days' .

Rami assisted me today. I had a good service . He help me solved very fast an issue I had. Thanks for your help !
